Back from Boston and catching up in the food blogging arena and saw this post by someone who almost has the same name as me. That’s right folks, Oci isn’t my real name. Not only do I love the references to a Monday morning that started off better than mine (I’m in the office and my Apo has gone to Indonesia without me until September 1st) but the video is fantastic and I just want to say thank you for sharing and you’re welcome for sharing it some more with all of my Foodie Nation citizens.
Monday is already starting off right. I just got an e-mail from my professor saying he came down with a virus and class was cancelled. Hopefully it is not a cruel April fool’s joke, because I already have resigned myself back to bed with a cup of tea and my beloved stuff animal Mr. Snuggles.
But I realize not everyone is as lucky as I am today, so Food Video Mondays, a food porn reprieve from the first day of the week trudge, must go on!
